How Orders Ship

Every order ships insured and tracked. Higher-value orders require a signature on delivery. Packages go out in discreet packaging — nothing on the outside indicates what's inside or who it's from. Tracking is sent as soon as it's on its way.

Processing Time

Orders are packed and shipped promptly once payment clears. Payments made by card clear immediately; checks and bank transfers ship once funds land.

Payment Methods

Cards are accepted on most orders. For higher-value pieces, bank transfer or check is preferred — it keeps costs down, and that savings gets passed along rather than eaten by processing fees. If you'd rather arrange payment another way, call and ask.

Returns

Metal prices move daily, which is why this trade handles returns differently than most. If a piece arrives and it isn't what was described, get in touch right away and it will be made right — that's a promise, not a policy loophole. Returns for any other reason are handled case by case, subject to current market pricing. If you're unsure about a piece, ask before you buy rather than after.
